A Word from the Founder of Inspiration Unlimited to all!

Hello to all the readers!

It's your encouragement that makes us get better and better. We are giving our best to develop IU resource as a source of inspiration for the world. The vision is about 25 months old now & has reached millions of people around the globe already, impacting many lives.

We believe that inspiration is a must in lives, for, it's the inspired souls that perspire. Definitely it's true that it is 1% inspiration & 99% perspiration, but without that 1% that 99% doesn't happen. So it's our effort to help a better world happen by keeping the foundation 1% rammed well, while you are busy in your days completing your 99%. We would be glad to know and look back at our lives if we can see that we were largely responsible for that 1% quota for billions of people around the globe.

It would be a dream come true to know that people talk about us saying "If it is about inspiration rely on IU Products!". The following is our work towards the same:

1. The talks that our speakers take in various parts of the world. (www.iuindia.com)
2. The videos of the talks on the internet to help the inspiration reach masses.
3. IU eMagazine - The out of the world effort which inspires people from all walks of life. (www.iuemag.com). (The articles are now on the site for you to share and read, while the full issue contains a lot more than just the articles.)
4. www.iuquotes.com - The fantastic site for inspiring quotes. The best in it's design & utility.
5. Facebook pages: www.facebook.com/iuindia | www.facebook.com/iuemag | www.facebook.com/iuquotes

7. Youtube channel: www.youtube.com/iuindiaonline.
8. Blogs: www.iuindia.blogspot.com | www.iuemag.blogspot.com

Our initiatives that have impacted the world globally which are open for you all to follow and be a part of are as follows:

We would be glad to welcome you on board this big vision of ours to inspire the world and keep it ignited while it is busy making this world a better place. We would be glad if we could just keep that 1% of billions of people intact while they are busy making their 99% happen and happening!

Count Less. Or Should I say, Don't Count At All?

By Shruti Balasa, Chief Web Designer, IU Web Solutions!
It was midnight. I was done with my day's work. It was a long tiring day, so I was all set to sleep. But something kept bothering me for a while - not letting me sleep. In no time I was almost suffocating. I felt like I need some fresh air. Not because I was in a closed room, but it was because of the number of things running on my mind. It almost choked me. But what was it that didn't let me sleep? Sometimes you really have to dig deep into your thoughts just to pull out that one thought that's bothering you.

I started recalling all that happened during the day - latest first. I had gotten on my mom's nerves yet again for reaching home late. As if that wasn't enough, after having two chapattis (Indian bread), I told her I'm full, just to find out that she'd heated the rice just for me! One more mistake! No conversations after that and she went to bed. I very well knew that by morning she would have forgotten (or at least there would be no sign of remembrance) that I was late home previous night. She would go on and prepare delicious breakfast as usual. That made me ponder - So many times in a day I get on her nerves, but that never seems to change the way she cooks food for me or the care to wait at the door while I leave for my work the following day.

Now, maybe that's why a mother's love cannot be compared to anything else in this world. It's no different with dad. I didn't pick up his call while he was worried why I haven't reached home. But he never forgets to give me a smile when I arrive and never forgets to ask me "How was your day?" These thoughts left me thinking how parents manage to love their kids so unconditionally.
Does your mother ever count how many times she's cooked food for you since birth? Does your father ever count how much money has gone for your education, clothing, entertainment, etc. since birth? Does your mother ever count how many times you've left your room unclean and she's cleaned it for you? Does your father ever count the number of things he never bought for himself because he was busy shopping for you? Do they count how many times you've lied? Or do they count the number of times you've not carried out their orders? This list just goes on...

Have you ever loved your parents this unconditionally? The first thing you should start doing is to count "less". Actually speaking, not count at all!

This applies not only to parents. It applies to your brother, sister, a friend, a cousin - or anyone you think you have a pure relationship with. Just keep giving, not keeping a count.

You must have heard of "Life is a boomerang". It's true! Count 'Less' and you shall see countless number of joys coming your way!

You won’t go back disappointed reading this one!

Hi buddy! How are you doing?
I may not be able to hear your reply but I'm damn sure that you're doing great. My name is Monu. I'm delighted that you have taken few precious minutes of your time to read through this article of mine. I don’t believe in telling you a fairy tale written by someone and narrated by someone else. I want to share a small experience of mine with you. Hence I will be talking directly to you. I hope you are fine with it. Say "YES" {I can't forget my nursery habit of saying "YES" once we became friends
J}.

It was on a Sunday, that I was supposed to travel to a city called Mysore for a business seminar. I returned from Mysore to my Home city at 12midnight. Now here the thrill begins! Are you curious to know what the MIDNIGHT WALK was all about? Say "YES". A bit loudly, please. Thanks, I heard your inner voice :)
I could not find any buses to my home. So, I decided to take a walk. Mind it! It was not 12 pm but 12 am. Since midnight is all about darkness and silence barring a few insects making noise here and there, I could barely see any people on the road.

As I walked some distance, a bunch of guys talking in malayalam started following me. I was getting a bit tensed. A few seconds passed and one guy screamed "Adingada" (which means HIT him). Oh man! this voice caught my nerves and made me increase my walking speed. It was only few steps later I realised that they had taken a different road and I was all alone again. Dont you think the same happens in our lives? Sometimes we feel a bunch of problems are trying to intimidate us, but as time passes by we realise that those problems were never ours. It was only our fear that made us sweat even during the midnight cold. If you also feel the same, say "YES".

Well, I still hadn't reached home yet. As I walked along I saw 2 people walking together. I thought it would be better I stayed close to them. Remember the 1st std lesson - "We are strong when we are united". I was almost halfway there. Then one of the 2 guys took a left turn and said bye to the other. I thought "may be his destination was left. Not all of us know about our right destinations"(a small mindbender). As I walked, the left out guy asked me if we could go together because he was afraid of the stray dogs and also of the unwanted friends who might take your money without asking you in the darkness. He shared about his job experiences for a few minutes and it was his time to take a right turn for his right destination, HOME. I was once again left alone in the silent breeze of  the night.

Life is all about short journeys with different people during different intervals of time. You have to travel through your life from birth till death with just one permanent companion and that is one and only YOURSELF. Close your eyes and recollect those memorable moments with those people whom you miss today..

As they say, the show must go on. Let me tell you the final and most challenging part of my midnight walk. I reached the road where my home was and I was very happy that I had reached my destination. But GOD had his own test. I was hardly 30 steps away and 2 dogs started barking at me. I didn't know how bad their day was as they were throwing all the frustration and anger in the form of loud barks at me. To my bad luck our neighbors were too tired to wake up at 1 in the night(morning) to see what was happening on the road. I didn’t know what those dogs were thinking. If only they could understand what I spoke I could have told them "I am not one of those unwanted friends of darkness. I am one of the most cultured kid of this road". You can laugh imagining my shivering hands and legs, my sweating face and the angry ferocious villainious dogs but this was the most important lesson of my walk.

Are you confused? Listen more. I prayed to GOD, held myself together, had my eyes intact with those of the dogs and took small steps forward. The dogs after sometime got tired of barking and moved away as I opened the gate of my house. I had reached my DESTINATION.

This was my short little episode of life which taught me big lessons. If you liked it say "YES" (can’t forget "kyunki engineer bhi kabhi nursery main tha"). I hope you have added  me to your friends list. Do you remember my name? Read the second line.

Yes, I am Monu, see you next time my dear Sonu :)

Preethi kashyap on the IU e-Magazine!

I think it is time to say good bye to all negatives and welcome only positives. Our main motto is to provide “Inspiration through information” I am very excited by just imagining the impact that our newsletter is going to make in our society.

It is indeed pretty challenging to bring the world completely to the positive side of it. Though it sounds surreal, someone has to do it. I am proud and very happy to be a part of such concept which world says difficult but not cult.

The vision, the mission & The dream! The IU e-Magazine!

We meet at a Birthday party-a good friends’ dad’s bday party, and the Founder of IU asks me to be Chief Editor for the IU Newsletter. I say yes, without much thought, because of the founder’s credibility.
Only in the next meet do I hear what the newsletter is about, the vision, the mission, the objective. And below is what I took that day.

News in today’s world is dominated by crimes and corruption, take any field you like. Be it sports or politics or telecom(2G), there is no escaping it. And then there’s the Hollywood/ Bollywood gossip. The first thing we read in the morning is how somebody hurt themselves, or how somebody else hurt them, or who got arrested etc, which is no way to begin a beautiful day, if you are the least responsive to the information you read! No human is Wolverine ( Nobody has nerves of steel I mean), so let’s acknowledge the all too human nerves, not to mention the human mind, need a positive loop to enter in the mornings, it’s always good to have that loop!

The Mission is Inspiration through Information, and the Vision is to set a trend in the market today for the kind of information you’re going to receive through this e-Magazine! The tagline being “All Positives, No Gossip”, this is bound to make a difference to you, whether you need a pep talk in a low moment, or you need a strong dose of inspiration to carry out that million dollar idea of yours! Like Tom Cruise in Cocktails and Dreams, here’s to your dreams, and ours!

Cheers.
